Terms of Service
The rules for using Picture Together, credits and payments.
Using the service
Picture Together (addpersontophoto.org) lets you upload photos and get one new AI-made photo: a person from a second photo added to a group photo, or closed eyes in a photo opened. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms.
Photos you may upload
Only upload photos of yourself, your family and friends, or of people who agreed to it, and photos you are allowed to use. You may not upload photos of:
- public figures or celebrities;
- nudity, sexual content or graphic violence;
- anyone in order to harass, deceive or impersonate them.
Photos that break these rules are rejected automatically and no credits are charged. We may close accounts that try to get around the checks.
Credits and payments
Each photo costs 1 credit. A new account receives 1 free credit, limited to one per person and one per network every 30 days (once email confirmation is switched on, the address must be confirmed first). Guest purchases do not include it. Credits are sold in one-time packs: 5 credits for $4.99, 15 credits for $9.99 and 40 credits for $19.99. There is no subscription. You can buy a pack without creating an account: the credits and photos are then tied to the browser you bought them in, and move to your account if you sign up from that browser later. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. Generated photos are digital content delivered immediately; by buying credits you agree that they are used as soon as you start a photo.
- If a generation fails or times out, its credit is returned to your balance automatically.
- Free redo: if a photo is made but the AI changed someone's face so that they no longer look like themselves, email hello@addpersontophoto.org from the address on your account or with your Stripe receipt. We will add one credit so you can make that photo again, once per photo. A sharper photo where the face is large usually gives a closer likeness.
- Unused one-time credits do not expire.
Your photos
The photos you upload are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Finished photos are kept in your account until you delete your account or ask us to delete them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You may use the photos you make for personal use, including printing, framing and sharing with family and friends. Do not use the service to place people in photos in a way that harms, embarrasses or misrepresents them. They are AI-made images; please do not present them as unedited photographs in a way that misleads others.
Availability
The service is provided as is. Photo generation relies on third-party AI models and may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and results can differ from what you expect. We may change or stop the service at any time.
